Strata Relationship Manager

About the role

Lead a diverse portfolio of strata properties, acting as the primary contact for owners, tenants and contractors while delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties, handling enquiries, correspondence and stakeholder interactions.
• Interpret bylaws and strata legislation for owners, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate with Repairs & Maintenance to obtain quotes and manage work orders.
• Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs and Committee meetings, including agendas, budgets and minutes.
• Oversee client retention, first‑level complaints and provide guidance on issues.
• Manage financials and ensure compliance across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Required profile

• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
• Collaborative, empathetic mindset with a passion for helping others grow.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach and desire for continuous learning.
