Store Operations Manager

About the role

The Store Operations Manager will ensure smooth inventory processes and back‑of‑house efficiency for the Arc'teryx store in Chadstone. You will lead stock movement, maintain accuracy, and support a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Back of House operations, organising the workspace for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Oversee receiving, processing, and preparation of inventory for the sales floor.
• Manage stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reporting to reduce discrepancies.
• Design BOH layout, forecast inventory needs and monitor sell‑through rates.
• Create weekly rosters, control wage spend and ensure profitability.
• Coach and develop the team, upholding Arc'teryx standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in operations or inventory management, focusing on back‑of‑house processes.
• Strong organisational skills with a data‑driven approach to inventory accuracy.
• Leadership ability to coach a fast‑paced team.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Proactive attitude to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
