Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Lead a close‑knit team at an ALDI store in Maribyrnong, delivering a differentiated shopping experience while driving sales, safety, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Train, coach and conduct performance reviews for team members, developing future leaders.
• Manage inventory, minimise losses and execute merchandising tasks, including special buys.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement ideas to boost efficiency and quality.
• Participate in recruitment interviews to help select new team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
