About the role

Lead a vibrant BWS store in Hawksburn, creating an engaging, customer‑focused environment while driving sales and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, develop and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
• Oversee inventory, housekeeping, and daily operational tasks with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Promote a customer‑centric, safety‑first culture and continuously seek improvement opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities, set business objectives and monitor key performance indicators.
• Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines and ensure a welcoming community presence.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating an “anything‑but‑boring” store atmosphere.
• Experience in fast‑paced retail or hospitality environments with strong people skills.
• Collaborative problem‑solver who leads by example and champions diversity and inclusion.
• Motivated to develop others and drive team success.

Required skills

• Wine knowledge and WSET training.
• Retail management experience.
