Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

As the Store Manager for the COS location in Chatswood, you will own the store’s performance, driving sales, profitability and exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team of managers, visual merchandisers and sales advisors, balancing front‑of‑house energy with behind‑the‑scenes efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the team to deliver personalized styling advice, expert product knowledge and a memorable in‑store experience.
• Interpret sales data, set commercial targets and take ownership of the store’s financial success.
• Recruit, onboard and train new team members, creating development plans for high‑potential staff.
• Oversee all store operations, including compliance, visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Foster an inclusive, motivating work environment where people thrive.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead fast‑paced retail teams, delivering high customer service standards while driving sales.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with a track record of aligning actions to feedback.
• Business acumen to align commercial goals with customer needs.
• Excellent communication, coaching and development skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
