About the role

Lead a vibrant BWS store in Moorabbin, creating an anything‑but‑boring culture for customers and the team. Inspire, develop and empower staff while driving sales and ensuring a safe, customer‑centric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Empower and develop the store team to achieve goals using business programs and personal initiative.
• Promote a customer‑centric, safety‑first culture with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Manage daily tasks across inventory, housekeeping and team leadership, focusing on sales and budget targets.
• Identify growth opportunities, business objectives and key performance indicators.
• Uphold service of alcohol guidelines and tailor store presentation for the local community.

Required profile

• Passionate about creating an unboring atmosphere and winning culture.
• Strong people, detail and delivery skills with a collaborative problem‑solving approach.
• Experience in fast‑paced retail or hospitality environments.
