Store Manager - Port Pirie (Relocation Incentives Included)

About the role

ALDI is hiring a Store Manager for its Port Pirie store. The role is fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store and for managing and leading a team, covering sales targets, training and development, and performance across financial, customer, people and compliance results. It is a 45-hour-per-week position.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the store running smoothly, safe and clean, and uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Train and coach team members, give formal feedback and performance reviews, and help develop future store leaders
• Manage stock and inventory and minimise losses
• Work with the team on registers, filling shelves and merchandising special buys when needed
• Identify improvements and manage resources effectively to hit goals without compromising quality
• Conduct interviews for potential new team members to assist the Area Manager in selecting the right people

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Leadership skills to motivate, mentor and guide a team
• Communication skills that foster collaboration and an inclusive environment
• Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented setting and adapt quickly under pressure

What we offer

• Remuneration in the range of $120,635 - $157,274, including superannuation and predicted bonuses (varies by location, hours and experience)
