About the role
Chargrill Charlie's, an iconic Australian chicken and chips brand founded in 1989, is looking for a full-time Store Manager for its Marrickville restaurant. The manager leads all restaurant team members to deliver excellent customer service and product quality, and is responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
- Recruit and train employees so that the business has the right people in place to meet its needs.
- Manage profitability across sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
- Maintain the brand's reputation and create a culture of excellence.
Required profile
- Prior leadership team experience is required.
- Able to communicate effectively to delegate tasks while remaining empathetic with guests and their complaints.
- An understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Results-driven, able to perform well in a fast-paced environment, and proud of their work.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is highly helpful.
