Store Manager – Green Hills

About the role

Bailey Nelson is on a mission to change how people see the world and how the world sees them. We are looking for a driven, people‑first Store Manager to take the reins at our Green Hills store, leading a passionate team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales performance and consistently exceed targets.
• Create a high‑energy, positive store culture.
• Partner with the Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success.
• Run a smooth, efficient operation without compromising service.

Required profile

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar is also acceptable.

• Confident in driving sales through honest, well‑judged recommendations.
• High energy and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
