Store Manager - Bondi Junction

About the role

POP MART, a global pop-culture and designer-toy brand with 550+ stores and 2,300 Robo Shops across 30+ countries, is looking for an experienced, commercially minded and people-focused Store Manager to lead one of its growing retail locations in Bondi Junction. The role drives team performance, customer experience, operational excellence and commercial results in a fast-paced retail environment. Base salary is circa $75k plus super and bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and develop high-performing teams; create a positive, accountable and customer-focused culture; run regular performance and development conversations; support succession planning and talent development.
• Deliver sales, wage and KPI targets; analyse store performance metrics and implement action plans; drive productivity, profitability and operational excellence.
• Manage inventory accuracy, deliveries and stock control; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards; lead product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Lead from the front during daily trade, deliver service standards and foster a customer-first culture.

Required profile

• Experienced Store Manager from a high-volume retail environment.
• Confident, engaging people leader with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Skilled at coaching and developing teams; organised, resilient and adaptable.
• Flexible availability across all 7 days, including weekends, late-night trading and public holidays; availability during peak trading (November to January) is essential.
• Full and permanent Australian working rights are required.
