Store Manager - Aspley, QLD

About the role

Resmed is looking for a Store Manager for its Aspley, QLD store. The role leads a team that supports customers with sleep and respiratory health, balancing commercial success with exceptional customer care. The manager takes ownership of a growing business, builds healthcare partnerships and makes a genuine impact in the local community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a customer-focused team, coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and store goals.
• Drive sales performance and deliver key business objectives through effective leadership, planning and execution.
• Build strong relationships with Sleep Physicians, GPs, Sleep Laboratories and allied health professionals.
• Manage store operations including rostering, recruitment, leave management and workforce planning.
• Oversee stock control, inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and fellow Store Managers to share insights and improve performance.
• Maintain high operational standards and compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.

Required profile

• Experience leading a retail, healthcare or customer-focused team with accountability for business performance.
• Proven success developing, coaching and motivating team members.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers, team members and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing store operations, staffing and day-to-day business priorities.
• Nice to have: experience in healthcare, pharmacy or medical retail, and existing relationships with healthcare professionals and referral networks.
