About the role

You will lead the Arc’teryx store in Canberra from the floor, connecting with your team, building community, and delivering a best‑in‑class guest experience while driving commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and lead an engaged, high‑performing team.
• Launch and operate a commercially successful store, overseeing labour, expenses and inventory.
• Own the end‑to‑end employee experience from recruitment to coaching.
• Manage product flow, visual merchandising and inventory operations.
• Champion sustainability, innovation and outdoor exploration.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercially minded with strong financial acumen.
• Passionate about developing people and building confident teams.
• Committed to sustainability, innovation and community.
