Store Lead

About the role

The Store Lead will drive the in‑store experience at our Alpha QVB location, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while supporting the team to meet sales and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of floor activity and lead the team to deliver a superior guest experience.
• Share brand information and event details with staff and customers.
• Coach and develop Product Guides to unlock their potential.
• Oversee inventory processes including receiving, restocking, destocking and visual merchandising.
• Manage store business operations such as sales targets, labor scheduling and budget control.
• Network with partners to support events and community engagement.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, phone and email communications.
• Process transactions using the POS system, including warranties, trade‑ins, purchases and returns.

Required profile

• 1+ years of leadership experience and 1‑2 years of retail experience.
• Passion for customer service and outdoor activities.
• Ability to give timely feedback, coach teammates and enforce health‑safety standards.
• Strong time‑management, flexibility and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
