S&S Banking Consultant – Gold Coast

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides high‑quality sales and service to customers at Suncorp Bank branches on the Gold Coast. You will handle face‑to‑face interactions, inbound and outbound calls, and support everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service, aiming for first‑call resolution and high satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries and account opening processes via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customers, risk and performance.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation, FSRA requirements and underwriting guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer experiences in a banking or financial services environment.
• Comfortable using digital customer service platforms and assisting customers with online banking tools.
