About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides front‑line sales and service to customers in Castletown, handling everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding. The role blends personal interaction with digital tools to deliver a seamless banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑focused service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries and account opening processes via phone, online channels and face‑to‑face.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a smooth experience for new clients.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture that meets people, customer, risk and performance goals.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and FSRA underwriting guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Comfortable using digital customer service platforms to assist customers in real time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.
• Commitment to compliance and risk management standards.
