About the role

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships with large retail customers and agencies. You will work closely with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business results for our partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with large customers and agencies within the Retail team.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives to develop partner strategies that achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Use data, insights, and measurement to design marketing communication plans that meet audience targets and ROI goals.
  • Act as an internal advocate for partners, communicating their needs to product and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate across the organization, bringing unique perspectives and critical thinking to elevate overall performance.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or digital media with strong knowledge of search, data, measurement, and attribution.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to translate partner value to executive, operational, creative, media, and analytics audiences.
  • Strong analytical background and excellent written communication skills.
  • Team‑player mindset, comfortable in fast‑paced, changing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, economics, marketing, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Humility, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative attitude.
