Speech Pathologist – Sunshine Coast

About the role

Join a clinician‑led team in Sunshine Coast delivering assessments and therapy across home, clinic and community settings. You will work with a passionate multidisciplinary group to create client‑focused solutions and see the impact of your work daily.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans for a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop innovative, client‑focused solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, delivering measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Motivated to learn, enjoy working across practice areas and ages, and seek flexibility.

Required skills

• Assessment and therapy planning for speech and dysphagia.
• Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Client relationship building and outcome tracking.
