Speech Pathologist (NDIS Allied Health)

About the role

Ability Action Australia, an NDIS provider of allied health services across 300+ locations, is recruiting a Speech Pathologist in North Lakes. The role delivers evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, via telehealth and in the community, managing a caseload of NDIS participants. The employer offers full-time or part-time work and a hybrid model combining home, clinic, telehealth and community work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, via telehealth and in the community.
• Manage a caseload of NDIS participants, using clinical observations and assessments to help them get more out of life.

Required profile

• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
• Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and open to testing and learning from new ideas.
• Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
