Speech Pathologist - Early Start Australia Graduate Program

About the role

Early Start Australia is recruiting a Speech Pathology Graduate to join its team in Penrith, NSW. The role works with children and families to help them develop speech, language, communication and social skills through engaging, evidence-based therapy. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Support children to develop their speech, language, communication and social skills through evidence-based therapy.
• Create personalised therapy plans tailored to each child's goals.
• Partner with parents, carers and educators so they can support communication beyond therapy sessions.
• Work with children with a range of developmental, learning and communication needs.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and other allied health professionals in a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver therapy across clinics, schools, homes and via telehealth.

Required profile

• Degree in Speech Pathology, eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia upon graduation.
• Recently graduated or graduating in early 2026.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle with third-party insurance.
• Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
