Specification Account Manager – Sydney

About the role

Woven Image, part of CSR's Interior Systems portfolio, is looking for a driven, design‑focused Account Manager to grow its Sydney territory. You will be the face of the brand, building relationships with architects, designers and specifiers to drive product specifications across a range of commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, builders and end users across Sydney and NSW to generate repeat business.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, delivering Lunch & Learn sessions, CPDs, product presentations and design consultations.
• Manage an active project pipeline, tracking specifications through to conversion and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams – specification, project delivery, customer service, logistics and marketing – to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and pipeline management activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in architectural specification sales, preferably in textiles, acoustic solutions or related interior finishes.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and an established network within the Sydney architecture and design community, or the ability to develop one quickly.
• Passion for design and sustainability with the ability to influence specifiers through value‑led conversations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; professional, confident and commercially astute.
• Self‑motivated, highly organised and able to manage multiple projects from specification through to completion.
