Specialised Carer – Home Care (Part‑time)

About the role

Casual and permanent part‑time opportunities are available across South West Sydney and the Southern Highlands. You will provide essential personal and practical care to older people in their homes, helping them live independently and improve their quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as showering and dressing.
• Assist with household tasks including meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Transport clients to appointments and help with shopping.
• Support medication management.

Required profile

• Female applicants only, as specified by the Anti‑Discrimination Act.
• Patient, solution‑focused and able to relate to clients.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured car (minimum third‑party property insurance).
• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support preferred; training provided if not qualified.

Required skills

• Proficiency in multiple languages (Spanish, Italian, Arabic) is highly preferred.
• Ability to be flexible to meet changing client needs.
