Spare Parts Warehouse Leading Hand

About the role

Temperzone is seeking a motivated Spares Leading Hand to oversee daily warehouse operations at its Blacktown site. You will support the Spares, Receiving & Stores Team Leader, ensuring orders are processed accurately and the team operates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the warehouse team to achieve daily goals and KPIs.
• Process internal and external orders with precision and speed.
• Coordinate pick‑packing, shipping, stock movements and inventory tasks.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move stock.
• Maintain WHS compliance, safety standards and cleanliness.
• Engage with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing and Inventory Control stakeholders.
• Assist with training, administration and cycle counts.

Required profile

• Valid forklift licence (counterbalance and high‑reach).
• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Strong safety mindset and understanding of health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Effective teamwork, communication and supervisory abilities.
• Methodical work approach with good numeracy.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (counterbalance and high‑reach).
• Basic IT proficiency for paperwork and stock counting.
