- Provide field feedback to engineering teams and contribute to training materials
Required profile
- 3+ years supporting optical, electrical, robotic, automated or similar complex systems, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline
- Ability to work independently and to escalate issues to engineering
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to about 25% of the role
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot and cold outdoor environments
- Eligible to meet security, background and customer-site access requirements; Australian Government security clearance eligibility where required
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Linux and cloud application tooling
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory or asset tracking
- Ability to read schematics, drawings and system diagrams
- Bonus: experience in follow-the-sun operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and RF or electronic warfare systems
