Spa & Health Club Receptionist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Langham, Gold Coast is seeking an experienced, client‑focused Receptionist for its Chuan Spa and Health Club. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service across the full Chuan Spa menu, creating memorable experiences.
• Manage spa bookings, organise treatment schedules and ensure rooms are prepared and stocked for each client.
• Support spa therapists by maintaining treatment rooms and handling product sales with strong product knowledge.
• Assist health club guests by providing information on the indoor pool, sauna and other facilities, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records, handle check‑ins and check‑outs, and process payments.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to promote the spa and health club as key wellness destinations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or spa reception within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for wellness and hospitality.
• Ability to create bespoke experiences based on detailed knowledge of spa treatments.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
