Solutions Trainer – CDI/Coding

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Solutions Trainer specialized in CDI/Coding to deliver comprehensive training on its HIS software suite, including Solventum™ 360 Encompass and related revenue‑cycle products. The role blends classroom, web‑based, and asynchronous learning to help customers adopt and optimize the solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce, demonstrate, and train customers on Solventum 360 Encompass and associated revenue‑cycle products.
• Design and deliver live classroom sessions, virtual webinars, and contribute to self‑paced training materials.
• Apply blended learning and adult‑learning principles to maximize knowledge retention.
• Participate in project implementations, supporting pre‑go‑live and post‑go‑live activities with key stakeholders.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, mentor internal teams such as Implementation, Support, Documentation, and Instructional Design.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, professional standards, and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong ability to engage customers both remotely and onsite.
• Experience delivering technical training to healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with adult‑learning concepts and blended learning methodologies.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with diverse, innovative teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CDI coding processes.
• Proficiency with Solventum 360 Encompass or similar HIS software platforms.
