Solutions Trainer – CDI/Coding

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding) to deliver comprehensive training on its HIS software suite, including Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and related revenue‑cycle products. The role blends classroom, web‑based, and asynchronous learning to help customers maximize the value of the solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce, demonstrate, and train customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated revenue‑cycle products using blended and adult‑learning methodologies.
• Deliver live classroom sessions, virtual webinars, and contribute to self‑paced training materials.
• Participate in project implementations, providing pre‑go‑live and post‑go‑live support alongside key stakeholders.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor for internal HIS teams such as Implementations, Support, Documentation, and Instructional Design.
• Engage with customers both remotely and onsite, ensuring consistent training quality.
• Support corporate initiatives and adhere to professional, quality, and policy standards.
