Software Engineer – Junior & Mid (Multiple Roles)

About the role

You will architect and deliver sophisticated enterprise software solutions for a leading Australian company. The position is based in Sydney and requires ownership of designing, building, and optimizing critical data systems while troubleshooting complex data‑integrity issues at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise enterprise‑level data systems.
• Implement efficient Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) routines using enterprise tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data‑integrity issues across large datasets.
• Participate in software implementation, testing, automation and CI/CD strategies.
• Execute data migration, profiling, validation and cleansing activities in compliance with insurance regulations.
• Conduct business and technical analysis, define requirements and produce technical documentation.
• Configure high‑volume digital communications platforms.

Required profile

• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Extensive experience as a software engineer/developer in data‑processing environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with complex database systems and API development.
• Practical experience delivering ETL solutions and data‑migration projects.
