Social Media & PR Lead

About the role

We are looking for a creative, innovative, and strategic Social Media & PR Lead to join our Alexandria head office. Reporting to the Head of Global Brand, you will drive growth and engagement through compelling digital content and a robust PR strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own organic social content standards across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook.
• Build and manage the social calendar aligned with go‑to‑market plans.
• Lead community management and maintain brand tone of voice.
• Monitor platform trends, analyse performance and share insights.
• Lead KOL and creator gifting programmes, manage budgets and contracts.
• Develop and maintain media relationships, secure editorial coverage and manage press outreach.
• Support global brand campaigns, launches and editorial projects.
• Maintain gifting, KOL and product inventory trackers and process invoices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years experience in fashion, luxury or jewellery social media/PR roles.
• Proven ability to create and source content across multiple platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistent brand voice.
• Analytical thinker with a track record of driving engagement and follower growth.
