Social Media & Marketing Assistant

About the role

Sonder Creative is seeking a creative and organised Social Media & Marketing Assistant to work three days a week across a variety of client brands. This part‑time position is ideal for a final‑year university student or recent graduate eager to gain hands‑on agency experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content, including graphics and captions.
• Research and ideate content themes for campaigns.
• Develop copy for posts, emails and other marketing materials.
• Maintain content calendars and support general marketing coordination.
• Assist with email marketing and campaign tasks.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with a strong flow of ideas.
• Outgoing, professional and easy to collaborate with.
• Highly organised and able to manage time independently.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong writer with an eye for tone and detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools.
