Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

Industrial Nut Corp. is seeking a remote Social Media Manager to lead its online presence. The role focuses on building brand awareness, engaging audiences, and supporting the company’s marketing objectives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars to increase brand visibility.
• Implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to improve reach and engagement.
• Create compelling written content and visual assets tailored to a B2B manufacturing audience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and SMO.
• Strong written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and improve performance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing or B2B sector is a plus.
