Social Media Manager

About the role

7‑Eleven Australia is looking for a culturally‑attuned Social Media Manager to lead its Instagram, TikTok and other social channels. You will join the Brand Experience and Media team, reporting to the Brand Experience Lead, and work closely with the in‑house content team to turn strategy into engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an always‑on content and channel plan aligned with the social strategy.
• Manage the influencer and creator programme, including agency relationships.
• Revive community management by responding to and engaging with the audience.
• Collaborate with the media team to optimise paid support for organic content.
• Own the social calendar, publishing schedule, reporting and insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience running organic social for a brand with measurable audience growth.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to create scroll‑stopping content.
• Confidence to partner with senior stakeholders and present clear viewpoints.
• Builder’s mindset – comfortable following briefs and executing hands‑on.
