Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data‑driven Social Media Manager to strengthen and grow our brand presence across key digital platforms. You will shape our social voice, drive audience engagement, and translate business goals into compelling content and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
• Manage day‑to‑day publishing and content calendars on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
• Create and adapt engaging copy, visuals, and short‑form content that reflect brand standards.
• Use scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to plan and optimize content delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns in collaboration with internal or external partners.
• Support influencer marketing initiatives, from partner identification to performance evaluation.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or similar environment.
• Proven expertise across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X.
• Strong copywriting ability and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience analyzing social media metrics and reporting on reach, engagement, and conversions.
