Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a whip‑smart, creatively hungry Social Media Manager to join our team of social‑commerce experts. You will shape multi‑platform calendars, lead community engagement and turn trends into compelling content for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi‑platform content calendars.
• Create detailed briefs for designers, photographers and videographers.
• Monitor, manage and grow client communities across platforms.
• Produce ongoing and campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
• Integrate platform, creative and audience trends into social and influencer strategies.
• Source, brief and manage influencer partnerships across categories.
• Implement paid media campaigns to amplify content reach.
• Support creative campaign responses by linking performance data with creative ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a social media team.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Proven track record managing influencer campaigns from start to finish.
• Strong account‑management skills and attention to operational detail.
• Comfortable with both organic and paid metrics (CPM, CPC).
• Passion for emerging social trends and ability to translate them into strategy.
