Social Media Manager – Build & Grow Brand Presence

About the role

Lite n' Easy is looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to own and grow its social channels from its Banyo office. You will combine creative instincts with a performance mindset, using data to drive audience growth and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the end‑to‑end social media program, increasing reach, engagement and audience across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Plan, manage and execute the social content calendar, including concept ideation, copywriting, briefing creative partners and producing platform‑native assets.
• Design platform‑specific strategies, continuously refining them based on performance data.
• Manage relationships with content creators, expanding the roster, coordinating production and handling asset administration.
• Engage actively with social communities, responding to interactions and proactively building audience.
• Participate in photo and video shoots, providing briefs for social‑specific assets and capturing on‑set content.
• Measure, report and share insights to drive continuous improvement across the team.

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand.
• Strong short‑form video content creation abilities.
• Creative thinker with a performance‑driven mindset.
• Confidence in using analytics to inform decisions.
• Experience with scheduling tools and platform features.
• Comfortable collaborating with creators and internal teams.
