Social Media Manager – Beauty & Wellness

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to revitalize the online presence of a boutique salon chain. You will shape a cohesive social media strategy that positions the brand as an authority in the beauty and wellness space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a refreshed social‑media strategy tailored to the salon’s brand and target audience.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other key platforms.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
• Analyse performance metrics, adjust tactics and optimise reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with salon staff to capture authentic visuals that highlight services, promotions and customer experiences.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the content plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for brands, preferably in beauty, wellness or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Based in Sydney or able to work remotely with flexible availability for content coordination.
