Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Winnie & Co., an emerging Australian bag brand, is looking for a creative and commercially‑minded Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to join its growing marketing team. The role will own organic social media content, paid advertising, content planning and photoshoot coordination for both Winnie & Co. and its sister label Style State.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media calendars on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms for both brands.
• Plan, create and publish organic content such as Reels, TikToks, stories, static posts, BTS and founder‑focused pieces.
• Develop creative concepts that align with product launches, seasonal campaigns and current trends.
• Support and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest to drive acquisition and sales.
• Monitor ad performance, analyse results and implement improvements to maximise ROI.
• Coordinate e‑commerce and campaign photoshoots, producing shot lists, briefs, mood boards and production schedules.
• Identify opportunities to grow audience engagement, reach and brand presence.
• Assist with influencer sourcing and content collaborations.
• Track and report on key social and advertising metrics, providing actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Highly creative with a strong eye for branding, visual storytelling and current social media trends.
• Comfortable appearing in content and directing content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest ecosystems.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns and analysing performance data.
