About the role
Flourish PR is seeking a creative and organised Social Media Assistant to help bring client stories to life across social platforms. You will support planning, creation and scheduling of content while also managing community interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Source and coordinate visual assets and maintain social media calendars.
- Reply to comments and direct messages, and monitor online discussions.
- Collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm creative ideas and support campaign reporting.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience creating and managing social content.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
- Initiative and understanding of audience engagement and basic analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced agency environment.
