Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

Join Yarra City Council as a Digital Marketing Officer, working within a collaborative Communications and Engagement team to create compelling content across social media, email, websites and print. You will use data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance and help connect the community with Council services and events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that promote Council programs, services and events.
• Create engaging digital content for social media, newsletters, websites and print materials.
• Analyse campaign data and insights to optimise performance and audience reach.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Experience in content creation and digital communications, preferably in a public sector or community setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
