SMSF Accountant (Adelaide)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SMSF Accountant to join our Adelaide team. You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of self‑managed super fund clients, delivering accounting, tax and compliance services that support their retirement goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare SMSF financial statements, tax returns and compliance documentation.
• Manage a portfolio of SMSF clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with superannuation, taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Review investment structures and transactions for SMSFs.
• Provide technical SMSF advice and support to internal teams.
• Contribute to a high‑performing team focused on quality, service and technical excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in SMSF accounting.
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting (CA, CPA or equivalent) – or currently working towards it.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with superannuation law.
