About the role
The Small Format Digital Operator will run and maintain small format digital presses in our Sydney facility, ensuring print jobs meet production schedules and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain small format digital presses and finishing equipment safely and accurately.
- Set up, run, and monitor print jobs according to production schedules.
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets customer specifications.
- Complete routine machine maintenance and report any faults.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area and comply with WHS policies.
Required profile
- Experience operating digital print equipment and print finishing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills and a team‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Operating Ricoh or similar digital multifunction printers.
- Experience with Fiery workflows.
- Forklift licence.
