About the role
ANZ is looking for a Small Business Lending Specialist to join its Business & Private Bank in Brisbane. You will support entrepreneurs in the Small Business network, understand their financial needs and help them grow.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with existing and prospective small‑business customers through inbound and outbound contacts.
- Manage enquiries via ANZ.com and conduct needs‑based conversations to uncover financial requirements.
- Apply cash‑flow concepts and ANZ product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for new business and refer complex lending cases to specialist teams.
Required profile
- Professional phone manner and etiquette.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of small‑business and commercial markets (preferred).
