Site Supervisor – SOR (Residential Construction)

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage a portfolio of single‑storey homes in key SOR suburbs of Western Australia. The role offers the chance to step up from a Leading Hand or Assistant Supervisor position and take full responsibility for day‑to‑day site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities across multiple SOR builds, ensuring quality, safety and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate trades, material deliveries and scheduling to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections, manage variations, and supervise handovers to clients.
• Maintain compliance with Western Australian building codes and construction processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the build process.

Required profile

• Early‑career supervisors with residential construction experience in WA.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage several sites simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of WA building codes and construction best practices.
