Site Supervisor – Residential Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a portfolio of high‑end residential renovation and new‑build projects in Melbourne. You will manage up to five concurrent sites, ensuring each project meets the company’s standards for safety, quality, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities for multiple projects, coordinating daily and weekly schedules.
• Allocate work, track progress and ensure timely delivery of materials, tools and equipment.
• Maintain site safety, compliance and presentation standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Represent the business professionally with clients, consultants and trades.

Required profile

• Carpentry background with proven experience on high‑value residential projects ($3M+).
• Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate site teams.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, premium finishes and site logistics.
• Excellent attention to detail when reading plans and drawings.
• Proactive problem‑solver capable of managing multiple priorities.
