Site Supervisor – Industrial Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of a $6M industrial complex in Eagle Farm, Queensland. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day site operations from commencement through to practical completion, ensuring safety, quality and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and trades to maintain programme and quality objectives.
• Monitor site productivity, progress and workmanship standards, reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Contracts Administrator.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with project specifications.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Foster a positive site culture focused on safety, quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming and subcontractor management.
• Proven ability to manage site safety, quality and programme requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Trade qualification or relevant construction background preferred.
