Site Supervisor – Concrete Structures (FIFO)

About the role

This permanent position is based in Western Australia and operates on a 2:1 FIFO roster out of Perth. You will lead on‑site construction activities for major concrete and structural civil packages, delivering high‑profile projects for a Tier 1 client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily on‑site construction activities for concrete and structural civil packages.
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate direct‑hire labour and subcontractors.
• Enforce strict site safety compliance, zero‑harm culture and WHS regulations.
• Conduct daily pre‑starts, toolbox meetings and progress reporting.
• Monitor material deliveries, plant utilisation and technical QA requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on heavy civil or resource infrastructure.
• Strong technical background delivering detailed formwork, steel reinforcing and concrete pours.
• Demonstrated leadership with a focus on safety, accountability and team performance.
• Excellent communication skills for managing subcontractor interfaces and client representatives.
• Relevant site tickets, a valid driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.
