Site Supervisor – Civil Construction

About the role

Rokon, a leading civil contractor in Victoria, is looking for experienced Site Supervisors to lead day‑to‑day site operations across Melbourne. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate labour, plant and materials to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring all works comply with specifications and requirements.
• Drive a strong safety culture and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and key deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, client meetings, handovers and project sign‑offs.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and site records.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in a civil construction supervisory role.
• Experience across roads, residential subdivisions and/or industrial developments.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and deliver outcomes under pressure.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Hold a White Card and have full Australian working rights.
