Site Manager – Residential Builds

About the role

A well‑established privately owned residential builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a variety of residential projects across Melbourne’s western and northern suburbs. You will be responsible for delivering quality homes on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential builds from site start through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate and manage multiple trades and subcontractors throughout the build process.
• Maintain strong site productivity, drive projects forward to meet key milestones and minimise downtime.
• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections and progress reporting.
• Ensure site safety, toolbox talks and OH&S compliance.
• Identify and resolve construction issues quickly and effectively.

Required profile

• Trade qualified – carpentry qualification highly regarded.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Senior Supervisor in residential construction.
• Experience delivering high‑volume residential or townhouse projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain build momentum.
