Site Supervisor - Chittering

About the role

Join a respected Western Australian residential builder as a Site Supervisor, overseeing up to 20 single‑storey farmhouse projects in Chittering. You will manage construction from start to finish with strong support and a manageable workload.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee up to 20 single‑storey farmhouse builds.
• Manage residential construction from site start through to completion.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction timelines, quality and site safety.
• Liaise with clients, trades and internal teams.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and are delivered to a high standard.

Required profile

• Experience supervising residential builds with a project or custom home builder, ideally with farmhouse experience.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple sites effectively.
• Proactive and solutions‑focused, able to identify and resolve issues.
• Strong understanding of residential construction regulations, WHS requirements and quality control processes.
