Associate Civil Engineer

About the role

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join its Transport team in Perth. You will influence the delivery of complex transport and civil infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand while supporting client relationships and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, design management and client engagement on transport and civil infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, represent the Transport team at key meetings, and contribute to business development.
• Oversee project scope, programme and commercial performance to ensure efficient, high‑quality delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers, develop technical capability and foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Experience delivering civil infrastructure or transport projects within a consulting environment.
• Strong design management and project delivery capabilities.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and represent the business confidently.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating stakeholders.

• Technical leadership across transport and civil infrastructure projects.
