About the role
The Site Procurement Administrator provides essential administrative support to a small operations team at a water‑treatment project in Kwinana. You will handle a mix of office and site‑based tasks, ensuring smooth procurement and safety documentation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain data with high accuracy.
- Manage PPE ordering, monitor stock levels and arrange deliveries.
- Support procurement and purchasing activities, including inventory management.
- Maintain safety system records and related documentation.
- Perform occasional driving duties to collect or deliver supplies.
Required profile
- Previous administration experience in an industrial, mining, construction or operations environment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to undertake occasional collection/delivery duties.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of $40‑$60 plus penalty rates.
- Local role with home every night.
- Casual/Vacation work schedule, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM start.
